I have alway loved the Andes mints they give you at Olive Garden after a meal. The nostalgia and sweet, minty goodness found within these mints entered my kitchen in cookie form at the perfect time. My family is grieving the loss of my beautiful grandmother right now, and my goal is to brighten everyone’s mood and bellies with a special treat.
